Welcome! I’m a product designer and innovator who combines creativity, empathy and system thinking to design products and services for sustainable living.
Empathy First. I listen intently by using various methods including user interview, observation, journey map, storyboard, and co-design with end users.
Leadership and Strategy. I design program and service, build conference from scratch, and lead product teams.
Ideate & Prototype. I build wireframes and interactive mockups using tools like Figma/Sketch, Invision, Photoshop and more.
Bring Concepts to Life. I use mills, lathe, laser cutter, welding, 3D printing and various manufacturing tools to design and build physical prototypes.

I loves tomatoes 🍅 and can eat them every single day. During COVID-19 quarantine, I started planting tomatoes and even built my own planter box! I've lived in Hangzhou, Chicago, and Palo Alto, and now I live in Moss Beach, California where there are beautiful sunset and bathing seals.
